Technical browsing data

When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address and browser type are recorded for security and operational reasons (in our providers' logs). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties for marketing purposes. To run the site we rely on technical providers, who process the data on our behalf as data processors:

Some providers are based in the United States: any transfer of data outside the European Union takes place under the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

4. How long we keep your data

5. Your rights

To exercise these rights, write to collimare.info@gmail.com. If you believe that the processing of your data breaks the law, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

6. Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies or any advertising or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or similar). It only uses cookies and technologies that are technical, needed for the site to work, in particular for the private price-management area, which only site administrators can access. No consent is required for technical cookies alone.

If in future we introduce measurement or advertising tools (for example for online campaigns), we will update this page and ask for your consent through a dedicated banner, before activating any non-technical cookie.

7. Minors

The site and its services are not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility.

8. Legal notes on the properties

The short-let houses promoted on this site are identified by the following Italian National Identification Codes (CIN):

The site collects direct booking requests: sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking, and involves no online payment. Confirmation happens through direct contact with the owner.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this page over time, for example if our services or providers change. The date at the top shows the last revision: please check it from time to time.
